Dr. Maddy Roth, PT, DPT
Owner, Pelvic Health Specialist
Dr. Maddy founded Inspire Pelvic Therapy in order to change the lives of people with pelvic pain and dysfunction in Michigan. With degrees in psychology and neuroscience from Hope College, Dr. Maddy realizes the need for a holistic treatment approach, combining mind and body. She is passionate about taking patients to the next level; not just decreasing pain and dysfunction, but also helping patients achieve what initially might seem impossible. As a former D3 volleyball national champion, she has a special interest in rehabilitating the pelvic floor for return to sport or an active lifestyle. Dr. Maddy's favorite activity is spending time with family including her husband and baby. Dr. Maddy earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University and has continued her pelvic health training through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
Dr. Heidi Robinson, PT, DPT
Pelvic Health Specialist
Dr. Heidi is a pelvic health specialist at Inspire Pelvic Therapy in Saginaw. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training at Alma College and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University. Dr. Heidi has experience in multiple settings that include orthopedics, athletics, and geriatrics. She is dedicated and determined to help patients reach their ultimate goals. She completed her pelvic health training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. In her free time, Dr. Heidi enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, extended family, and getting outdoors to enjoy nature.
Bianca Aakesson, OTRL, CLC, PCES
Pelvic Health Specialist
Bianca is a pelvic health specialist at Inspire Pelvic Therapy in Troy. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University in Psychology and continued at GVSU to earn her Masters in Occupational Therapy. Bianca has experience working in pediatrics and lactation as a certified lactation counselor and began her journey into pelvic health after having her own children. She completed her pelvic health training through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is especially passionate about treating pregnant and postpartum women and has her Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) certification. In her free time, Bianca enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, and exercising!
Carlie Eberhard
Marketing Director
Carlie is a former teacher who joined the Inspire Pelvic Therapy team in Saginaw to help people on their health journeys. As a mom of two littles, she knows how valuable and important taking care of your body is. Carlie enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, exploring all that Michigan has to offer.
Michelle Schmitzer
Administrative Assistant
Michelle is a former dental hygienist who joined the Inspire Pelvic Therapy team in Saginaw because of an interest in pelvic floor therapy and the desire to educate others. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother and enjoys spending time with her family and dogs. Her interests include crafts, travel, and exploring the great outdoors.
Lexi Janson, MSOT, OTRL
Pelvic Health Specialist
Lexi is a pelvic health specialist at Inspire Pelvic Therapy in Saginaw. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and a Master of Science in occupational therapy. She completed her undergraduate coursework at Michigan State University and graduate coursework at Grand Valley State University. Lexi has experience in a variety of settings including outpatient lymphedema and oncology. She has expert training in treating the pregnant and postpartum population, as well as pelvic pain conditions. She completed her pelvic health training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, trying new recipes, and taking trips up north.
Madison Morris, MSOT, OTRL
Pelvic Health Specialist
Madison is a pelvic health specialist at Inspire Pelvic Therapy in Saginaw. She obtained her undergraduate degrees at both Mott Community College and Wayne State University in Health Sciences, completing her Masters of Occupational Therapy program at Wayne State University as well. Madison has experience treating both adults and pediatrics with neurological disorders, orthopedic injuries, and mental health issues. She completed her pelvic health training through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. In addition to her pelvic health expertise, Madison is also a certified Mat Pilates instructor, helping clients enhance strength, flexibility, and overall well-being through focused movement.
In her free time, Madison enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children. She is excited to help you reach your health and wellness goals!
Dr. Marisa Morrison, OTD, OTRL Pelvic Health Specialist
Marisa is a pelvic health specialist at Inspire Pelvic Therapy in Troy. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Westmont College and her doctorate in occupational therapy from University of Mary-Billings. Marisa has varied experience in multiple settings including acute care, pediatrics, and outpatient orthopedics. For her doctoral capstone, she had the pleasure of delivering a multi-week educational program on bladder control to the residents at a senior living community. She completed her pelvic health training through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. In her free time, Marisa enjoys all things outdoors including camping, hiking, and visiting National Parks and spending time with loved ones. Marisa is excited to get to know you and help you reach your goals!
Michelle Rodammer
Administrative Assistant
Michelle is also a former teacher, who joined the Inspire Pelvic Therapy team in Saginaw due to her own experience with the benefits of pelvic floor therapy, and her desire to make all women aware that there is treatment available! She is an active mom of four athletic children, as well as an athlete herself who understands the importance of treating pelvic issues. Michelle enjoys cooking and baking, running, playing volleyball, and traveling with her husband and kids.
Sara Jonas
Administrative Assistant
As a devoted mother of three adventurous kids and a proud fur mom of two dogs and three cats, Sara finds joy in every moment spent in nature. Whether hiking scenic trails or camping under the stars, her family cherishes their time outdoors, exploring and creating lasting memories together.

When she’s not out in the wild, you can find her curled up with a good book, journaling thoughts, or practicing yoga and meditation. These activities nourish her spirit and keep her grounded.
